Order Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy
• Meal Prep Orders: We do not issue refunds for meal prep orders. If you are not satisfied with your meals, we offer an exchange of meals of equal value, subject to availability. Any cancellations or changes to meal prep orders must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after this period.
• Catering Orders: Catering orders must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled event. The 20% deposit required for catering is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
