Refund & Exchange Policy

FeltonFit prepares fresh meals made to order. Due to the nature of food preparation and food safety standards, the following policies apply to all orders and memberships.

 

Meal Prep Orders

All meal prep sales are final. No refunds are issued once meal preparation has begun.

Cancellations or changes to meal prep orders must be requested at least 24 hours before production begins, not the delivery time.

Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.

 

Exchanges

Meal exchanges are not guaranteed and are offered only in cases of preparation error or quality issues, subject to availability.

Exchanges are not provided based on taste preference or personal dislike.

 

Catering Orders

Catering orders must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure catering services.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

 

Monthly & Bi-Weekly Memberships

Membership plans are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Any plan that is inactive or abandoned for more than 10 consecutive days may result in forfeiture of remaining meals for that cycle.

Abandonment includes failure to:

Submit weekly orders

Respond to scheduling communications

Accept scheduled deliveries

No refunds, credits, or rollovers are provided for forfeited meals.

 

Delivery & Scheduling Responsibility

Clients are responsible for communicating delivery availability and scheduling changes in advance.

Missed or refused deliveries due to lack of communication are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund meals already prepared or scheduled within the current billing cycle.

 

Food Safety Disclaimer

Due to food safety regulations, FeltonFit cannot accept returned food items or issue refunds once meals have been prepared or delivered.

 

Agreement to Policy

By placing an order or enrolling in a meal plan or membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
