By accessing or using the services provided by FeltonFit, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
FeltonFit provides chef-prepared meal prep services, catering services, and digital products designed to support nutrition, convenience, and lifestyle consistency. Services may include delivery, pick-up, subscription-based meal plans, and digital content.
2. Payments & Billing
Full payment is required upfront for all meal prep, catering, and digital product orders.
Catering orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure services.
Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards.
Only one promotional offer may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
3. Subscriptions & Membership Plans
Subscription meal plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund meals already prepared or scheduled within the current billing cycle.
Membership access to private pages or menus is granted for active subscribers only.
4. Order Cancellation, Exchanges, and Refunds
Meal Prep Orders
All meal prep sales are final.
No refunds are issued once meal preparation has begun due to food safety standards.
Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before production begins, not the delivery time.
Exchanges may be offered only in cases of preparation error or quality issues, subject to availability.
Exchanges are not provided for taste preference or personal dislike.
Catering Orders
Catering orders must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once access or delivery has been provided.
5. Abandoned Memberships
Any subscription or meal plan inactive for more than 10 consecutive days may result in forfeiture of remaining meals.
Abandonment includes failure to submit weekly orders, respond to scheduling communications, or accept scheduled deliveries.
No refunds or credits are issued for forfeited meals.
6. Delivery & Pick-Up Policy
Delivery is available within a defined service area and scheduled during designated delivery windows.
Customers are responsible for being available at delivery or providing proper temperature-controlled storage.
FeltonFit is not responsible for compromised meal quality due to unattended deliveries or improper storage.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Pick-up arrangements must be coordinated in advance.
7. Allergy Disclaimer
FeltonFit cannot guarantee meals are free from allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, or shellfish. Customers are responsible for notifying FeltonFit of allergies at the time of ordering.
8. Ingredient Modifications
FeltonFit reserves the right to substitute ingredients based on availability while maintaining nutritional integrity and quality. Customers will be notified when possible.
9. Health Disclaimer
FeltonFit services and products are provided for informational and convenience purposes only and are not medical advice. Customers are responsible for consulting healthcare professionals regarding dietary needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
FeltonFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the applicable service or product.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared except as required to fulfill services.
12. Changes to Terms
FeltonFit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
